Manages complex requisitions, develops senior recruiting professionals, supports global HR and TA initiatives, provides data-driven talent insights, advances recruiting technology adoption, and audits processes for compliance and continuous improvement.

Provides autonomous HR partnership to AbbVie’s Italian commercial organization, advising leaders and employees on HR matters, labor relations, conflicts, disciplinary cases, compensation, organization design, talent processes, engagement, change management, and workforce compliance. The role manages union relationships, contractors, temporary workforce coordination, HR systems, reporting, and employment matters while mentoring junior HR staff and contributing to European projects.
