Own the direction and development of Rainforest’s AI agent products, including agent harnesses, tools, memory, evaluations, telemetry, model routing, and MCP interoperability. Tune agent behavior, build regression suites, make code changes with AI coding tools, and partner with engineering to ship improvements. The role also promotes agentic workflows internally and represents the products externally.

Own payment product initiatives and releases within the Rails engineering team. Define requirements, user stories, constraints, and product documentation; prioritize the backlog; translate strategy into technical requirements; coordinate agile delivery; collaborate with engineering, product, stakeholders, and payment vendors; and maintain integrations.
