Define freemium packaging, subscription conversion, upsell flows, acquisition offers, checkout, lifecycle marketing, and sales handoffs. Lead cross-functional teams, optimize ARR and CAC metrics, establish funnel measurement, and use experimentation to drive growth in a regulated healthcare environment.

Leads end-to-end M&A and corporate development activities, including target origination, due diligence, valuation, business planning, execution support, and strategic recommendations. Manages investor relations and corporate strategy workstreams, prepares investment and strategic memos for senior leadership and boards, and develops AI-enabled workflows. Design, build, and operate scalable real-time backend services for an AI-powered phone assistant. Develop LLM features including prompting, tool calling, structured outputs, evaluations, guardrails, and fallback strategies. Deploy cloud-native services on Kubernetes, optimize PostgreSQL workloads, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and ensure strong testing, observability, reliability, and security. Collaborate on speech, telephony, and event-driven systems while owning features from design through production.

Build and operate AI agents for Operations and Customer Success workflows, redesigning processes for autonomy and quality. Own agent context, CRM and data integrations, evaluation, prompt optimization, quality assurance, and impact measurement. Translate business needs into technical solutions, collaborate with Leadership, IT, and Product, and enable teams to use AI effectively. The role requires production-oriented technical skills, data fluency, strong communication, and experience with automation tools, Salesforce, and agent platforms.

Maintain and improve Doctolib’s cloud-native Data and AI Platform, including the Data Product Controller and Dagster orchestrator. Enable autonomous data product deployment through CI/CD and infrastructure as code, while monitoring reliability, performance, costs, data quality, lineage, and observability. Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and product stakeholders to resolve infrastructure issues and improve platform scalability, architecture, and developer experience.

The Senior Software Engineer will design and maintain a Web and Mobile Design System using React and React Native, drive convergence between platforms, ensure accessibility, mentor team members, and improve developer experience through tooling and automation.
