- Candidate experience: You will be responsible for communications assets (emails, messages, calendar invites …) to ensure candidates have clear information on their upcoming interviews. You will be a key point of contact for candidates and work hand in hand with our recruiters to create the smoothest candidate experience possible.
- Interview scheduling: You will deliver various interview scheduling from online 1:1 interviews to case studies panels in our offices. You will adapt and streamline the scheduling process to suit candidates and business needs.
- Recruiting process optimization: You will help to improve the flexibility, efficiency and comfort of the processes for everyone. You will contribute to interview process design and track scheduling metrics (time to schedule, time to interview …) and take over your own projects to improve our recruiting processes.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, sense of urgency, and agility that enable you to stay on top of priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong empathy that allows you to put yourself in other people's shoes and a genuine passion for finding solutions that work best for everyone
- A curious, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn and dig deeper to understand how operations and processes work
- Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to adapt your expression to different audiences and situations
- Speak French, German or Italian
