Lead day-to-day entertainment operations at Heide Park, managing performers, technicians, scheduling, budgets, and safety. Serve as RWS on-site ambassador, support recruitment and casting, collaborate with production and global teams, and drive quality, guest satisfaction, and continuous improvement across live experiences.

Manage scenic and props design for live experiences: develop concepts using CAD and Adobe tools, create build/install plans, manage vendors and budgets, oversee load‑ins and rehearsals, fabricate and maintain props, maintain documentation and inventory, supervise shop staff, and support logistics with up to 40% travel.

Coordinate project documentation, estimating, and tender processes for themed entertainment and experiential construction projects. Manage version control, naming conventions, RFQ/RFP/tender packages, and coordination among designers, architects, engineers, vendors, and procurement from concept through construction.

The Digital Content Manager oversees digital content for the cruise app and screens, updates activity schedules, manages restaurant menus, and supports entertainment operations onboard.

Manage project documentation for design and construction: organize drawing sets, enforce naming/versioning and approval workflows, coordinate revisions with designers/engineers/vendors, ensure alignment with studio standards and schedules, and support delivery of design intent and construction document packages.

Lead and enforce design production processes and standards across projects, mentor design teams, oversee creation and QA of SD/DD drawing packages and BIM coordination, integrate technical disciplines (lighting, AV, SFX), manage resourcing and schedules, report project status to executive leadership, and develop departmental goals, templates, and documentation to ensure design intent, constructability, and brand alignment.
