The position involves providing consulting services as per client needs at Hitachi with qualifications in engineering.

Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex Microsoft/cloud projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk control. Drive governance, stakeholder alignment, change orders, and financial forecasting for $2M–$10M+ programs. Stabilize delivery, coach teams, manage multi-workstream/onshore-offshore resources, and apply Hitachi delivery methodology and KPIs to achieve predictable, value-aligned client outcomes.

Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex Microsoft-focused consulting projects. Own scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and change control; drive governance, forecasting, KPI-driven reporting, and stakeholder alignment. Stabilize delivery, manage multi-workstream/onshore-offshore teams, and protect margin while delivering measurable client outcomes.

Provide L2/L3 support for business-critical Azure-hosted solutions, operating and troubleshooting Azure infrastructure, networking, PaaS services, integrations, monitoring, security and governance. Support CI/CD, IaC, incident/problem management, collaborate with developers, drive operational improvements, and participate in paid on-call rota. Work within enterprise Azure Landing Zone environments and comply with public-sector/regulatory requirements.

Design, build, test, deploy, and support Azure-native solutions using C#, .NET, Python, and front-end frameworks. Implement cloud-native architectures, IaC, CI/CD, containers, observability, and integrate Azure AI/OpenAI capabilities for GenAI and automation-driven solutions.

Lead delivery of cloud-based data engineering, analytics and AI solutions. Advise clients, design solution architectures, build data platforms and ETL/ELT pipelines on Microsoft Fabric and Databricks, develop Power BI dashboards, mentor teams, and ensure timely, scalable delivery.

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Dynamics 365 ERP projects, managing scope, budget, risks, resources and stakeholder communications. Prepare project deliverables, forecasts, status reports, mentor project managers, and ensure acceptance and financial controls.

Lead solution design and implementation for Dynamics 365 F&O (D365) SCM and manufacturing modules. Analyze SCM business processes, configure system, assist data migration, produce interface/functional design documents, recommend out-of-box workarounds, and provide ongoing support and consultancy.

The Account Executive will manage customer engagements, grow sales within Microsoft solution areas, and enhance client relationships, focusing on sales cycle management and pipeline growth.

The Account Executive is responsible for growing sales of Microsoft 3-cloud products, managing sales cycles from lead capture to closure, and building relationships with Microsoft account teams and clients.
