Prospect and acquire corporate clients and business partnerships for Wave’s payment products in Côte d’Ivoire. The role supports sales and payment strategies, develops the merchant customer base, builds corporate relationships, provides field feedback, and contributes to revenue-generating commercial products and operational growth.

Leads growth operations in an early-stage African market, owning the plan to reach one million monthly active users. Lead and execute ATL and BTL marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and brand awareness. Plan and manage TV, radio, print, events, promotions and on-ground activations. Supports the Financial Controller with daily accounting operations and month-end close activities. Responsibilities include booking entries, reconciling invoices and discrepancies, tracking advance payments, researching accounting data, preparing payments, completing financial closing tasks, and maintaining confidential financial records. The role is based in Burkina Faso, requires local work authorization, and may involve travel to field locations.

Coordinate agent branding initiatives across the Democratic Republic of Congo. Responsibilities include preparing and distributing branding materials, improving agent visual standards, sourcing cost-effective branding partners, tracking installation quality and visibility, coordinating with field sales teams, and managing marketing-material inventory to prevent stock-outs. The role is permanently based across Kinshasa, Bandundu, and Kongo Central, with travel to field locations.

Build and manage strategic partnerships in Mali with banks, telecoms, bill-payment companies, remittance providers, and other businesses. Source partnerships for Wave’s payment products, negotiate and execute service agreements, develop local business relationships, and coordinate partner communications with Product, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Marketing teams. The role is based in Bamako and may involve travel within Mali.

The Internal Auditor will plan and conduct audits covering financial, operational, compliance, and internal-control processes. Responsibilities include investigating fraud and misconduct, preparing audit reports, recommending corrective actions, supporting regulatory examinations, monitoring WAEMU compliance, and improving organizational controls. The role reports to the Audit Committee, promotes accountability, and may involve travel to field locations.
