Leads finance strategy for the Optical Circuit Switch business unit, partnering with the General Manager and leadership team on planning, forecasting, performance management, product economics, pricing, commercial evaluations, investment decisions, and growth initiatives. The role develops financial models, evaluates product profitability, supports make-versus-buy and partnership analyses, and provides decision support for technology investments and market expansion.

Lead strategy and execution to build sustained partnerships with U.S. national security agencies and private sector partners. Identify, shape, and secure government-funded programs and contracts, manage a pipeline of opportunities, advise internal teams on acquisition strategy, and translate frontier quantum technologies into operational plans while maintaining stakeholder relationships and forecasting.

Design and implement algorithms and software for scalable databases in quantum computing systems. Collaborate on various technical teams and ensure performance and reliability of software.

Design, support, and maintain CAD tools and databases for VLSI design, develop automation scripts, and troubleshoot issues in a quantum computing environment.
