Lead design, analysis, and development of electro-mechanical control systems for industrial machinery. Perform PLC and HMI development, support motion control, robotics, safety circuits, and FEA analysis. Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and provide engineering support to manufacturing and technical staff.

Design and deliver electrical and instrumentation systems for industrial process control. Gather requirements, estimate projects, specify and integrate field instruments, ensure intrinsically safe designs, manage procurement and BOMs, oversee installation, commissioning, and site acceptance testing, and coordinate with customers and project teams to maintain scope, schedule, and budget.

Lead month-end close, prepare financial statements, maintain general ledger and reconciliations, and ensure GAAP compliance. Focus on ASC 606 revenue recognition: review contracts, record revenue entries, reconcile revenue accounts, and support billing. Partner with Operations and Sales, support audits, perform account analysis, document policies, and drive process improvements and automation.

Lead clean-sheet mechanical designs for embedded products: gather requirements, model and detail in SolidWorks, prototype, verify, develop tooling and manufacturing processes, perform thermal/FEA analysis, support PCB packaging, create test plans, and transfer deliverables to clients.

Lead accounting operations and financial planning for a manufacturing site. Manage monthly close, budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and Staff Accountant. Partner with operations, engineering, and supply chain to drive cost modeling, pricing analysis, internal controls, and continuous improvement to support growth.

Design and modify machinery components, program control systems, rapidly prototype new machines, and collaborate on R&D projects to create and commission automation solutions.
