Build and improve Health Note’s AI-powered Access Agent in production. Responsibilities include developing evaluation systems, dashboards, review workflows, logs, metrics, experiments, regression checks, and tools connecting prompts, configurations, workflows, and outcomes. The role analyzes agent performance and operational results, partners cross-functionally to prioritize improvements, and owns initiatives from investigation through rollout and measurable impact.

Own technical implementations of AI-powered patient access agent deployments from workflow discovery through configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and go-live. Translate customer requirements into workflow logic, prompts, rules, integrations, and tooling. Partner with customer-facing and internal teams, resolve production issues, and convert recurring needs into reusable product capabilities, documentation, and implementation processes.

Lead product definition, prioritization, and experience design for AI Agents in healthcare. Translate customer and clinical signals into requirements, guardrails, measurement, and continuous improvement while partnering with engineering, implementation, and customer teams to operationalize safe, reliable agent behavior.
