Build and support hybrid on-premises and multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and OCI. Manage IAM, Terraform/OpenTofu infrastructure, Docker and Kubernetes environments, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, alerting, debugging, vulnerability scanning, secrets management, and compliance-as-code. The role requires strong Linux, networking, automation, and systems fundamentals, along with the ability to rapidly learn new cloud platforms and tools.

Own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution for Conviva’s product portfolio. Lead launches and feature releases, create sales enablement materials, conduct competitive and customer research, translate technical capabilities into market narratives, develop customer-facing content, and measure launch and enablement performance. Partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and marketing teams while representing customer and market needs in product planning.

Design, build, and optimize traditional and deep learning ML models for real-time analytics. Develop predictive models, anomaly detection, and automated alerting on large-scale time-series data. Prototype and productionize solutions using Ray and Spark, leveraging AI coding tools to accelerate development. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate models and contribute to AI roadmaps.

Lead backend architecture and design for a high-scale, real-time data platform. Drive decisions on distributed systems, OLAP and streaming infrastructure (ClickHouse, Kafka, Druid). Integrate LLM pipelines and agentic capabilities, use AI coding tools in daily work, mentor engineers, enforce code quality and CI/CD, and partner with product and cross-regional teams to deliver production-ready systems.

Lead and grow the IT team, develop and document IT policies, manage onboarding and endpoint/cloud services, oversee vendor relationships, budgeting and procurement, ensure security and compliance (ISO/SOC2), and implement SSO and domain rebranding.
