The Territory Sales Representative will drive special order sales, conduct training, maintain stock business, engage with customers, and manage sales planning.

Lead Canadian product portfolio and pricing strategy, build/prioritize roadmaps, introduce product management and pricing disciplines, partner cross-functionally, and grow a high-performing team to drive revenue, margin, and market position.

Supervise branch operations, lead customer service team, manage inventory, approve purchase orders, oversee shipping/fulfillment and invoicing, ensure CRM/ERP documentation, enforce financial controls, drive safety and continuous improvement to meet service and compliance KPIs.

Lead costing and inventory accounting for manufacturing plants: maintain standard costs, analyze variances and production efficiency, support month-end close, prepare reconciliations and journal entries, partner with plant management on cost savings, support budgets/forecasts, audits, and ERP costing initiatives to improve reporting and controls.

Support District Sales Managers and builders across the Southcentral region by preparing estimates, maintaining sales quotes, training customers on sales systems, planning events, and collaborating with internal teams to drive regional sales growth.

Provide Level II IT support and administration for IT and limited OT systems at multiple manufacturing sites. Troubleshoot hardware, software, network issues, manage user accounts and security, maintain documentation, collaborate with vendors and IT teams, and support OT edge connectivity and database concepts.

Lead HR operations for multiple manufacturing sites, serving as a strategic business partner. Own talent acquisition, performance management, compensation administration, employee and labor relations (including union interactions), compliance, investigations, culture and engagement, HR team leadership, and people analytics. Drive continuous improvement and deliver HR solutions aligned to business objectives. Travel to sites up to 25%. Bilingual (Spanish/English).

Lead HR operations across multiple manufacturing sites, partner with business leaders on talent, compensation, employee and labor relations (including unions), performance management, culture initiatives, investigations, HR team development, and HR data analysis. Travel to sites up to 25%.

Coordinate customer support from quote through delivery for metal building systems and residential metal roofing. Prepare estimates and quotes, enter and manage sales orders, coordinate with technical services and manufacturing, handle post-delivery issues, maintain customer relationships, ensure pricing compliance, and report competitive market information.
