This role involves developing relationships with decision-makers, identifying business opportunities, conducting sales visits, and providing tailored fluid power solutions to customers.

Provide administrative and order-entry support to Outside and Inside Sales and customers: manage inventory and stock orders, process purchase orders in P21, coordinate shipping/accounting, generate reports, maintain document control and files, cover receptionist duties as needed, and communicate with manufacturers, coworkers, and customers to ensure accurate order fulfillment.

Estimate, design, and manage systems integration and custom industrial equipment projects from RFQ through build. Review RFQs, develop BOMs, solicit components, produce electrical CAD drawings, coordinate fabrication, manage FAT testing, interact with clients and vendors, produce installation and O&M manuals, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on schedule and per specifications.

Establish and maintain customer credit lines, review and release orders, contact customers on past-due balances, resolve disputes, compile month-end reports, and support collections to protect company receivables while enabling profitable sales growth.

Outside, customer-facing sales role responsible for growing sales and relationships for mechanical process equipment (pumps, valves, instrumentation, heat exchangers, steam, filtration). Provide technical application support, generate quotes, maintain forecasts and CRM, execute territory and call plans, attend manufacturer training, and travel frequently within the assigned NE Georgia territory to meet customers and vendors.
