Lead physical implementation of digital ASICs for mixed-signal and RF products. Perform floorplanning, placement, CTS, routing, parasitic extraction, STA, and timing closure. Develop and optimise digital design flows, resolve performance/power/manufacturability issues, collaborate cross-functionally, document processes, and participate in design reviews and sign-off.

Support installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair and decommissioning of 300mm photolithography and bake equipment. Troubleshoot complex tools, train technicians, maintain tracking/MES and KPI reporting, drive continuous improvement, and support cleanroom operations and secondary equipment areas.

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional technical programmes and projects. Define scope, plans, budgets and risk/issue management; establish governance, report to senior leadership, drive stakeholder alignment, and ensure successful implementation, transition and benefits realisation. Provide technical leadership, promote best-practice delivery methodologies and continuously improve project management practices.

Coordinate receipt, inspection, storage and issuance of materials; maintain inventory records and stock accuracy; liaise with Purchasing, Logistics and Operations; support dispatch and continuous improvement within a busy manufacturing site.
