Processes and reviews independent contractor contracts and compliance documentation, conducts MVR and background checks, maintains contractor records, enters data, assigns vendor numbers, and prepares reports. Communicates with operations teams and contractor applicants regarding contracting requirements and related inquiries. The role requires accuracy, organization, customer service, analytical ability, computer proficiency, and flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or holidays when needed.

Manage and coordinate transportation services and independent contractors for assigned customers. Build client relationships, review delivery metrics, resolve service issues, audit reports, onboard and train drivers to SOPs, plan route coverage, troubleshoot eCMobile issues, handle driver pay activities and negotiations, and monitor gross margin and contractual compliance to ensure timely service.
