The Senior Billing Success Manager supports healthcare clients with billing processes, training staff, and optimizing revenue cycle management. This role involves onboarding clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal teams to improve the billing platform.

Perform targeted outreach to chiropractic and rehab practices, generate leads via cold calls/emails/social, qualify prospects, schedule demos, build relationships, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive adoption of the EMR SaaS.

This role involves leading AI projects, designing and deploying AI systems, collaborating with stakeholders, and developing tools to enhance efficiency in healthcare applications. The engineer will mentor junior members and iterate on prototypes until widely adopted.

The Associate Billing Success Manager trains billing teams on best practices, assists in workflow development, and provides ongoing support to customers, helping them utilize the Prompt platform effectively.

Manage day-to-day accounts payable including company credit card coding and reconciliation; perform routine month-end journal entries and reconciliations; maintain audit-ready documentation; build vendor and internal stakeholder relationships; recommend and implement process improvements; contribute to team growth and knowledge sharing.

Perform manual functional, regression, smoke, and acceptance testing; document bugs and test plans; test AI-enabled features and use AI tools to improve QA workflows; collaborate with product, development, and design; prioritize high-risk areas and communicate status/risks; continuously improve QA processes and own execution.

The Account Executive will manage relationships with healthcare clients in the chiropractic sector, driving sales of EHR software, generating new leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Manage post-sale lifecycle for largest enterprise customers: onboarding, training, technical support, account management, and expansion. Build C-suite relationships, drive product adoption and retention, deliver success reviews and strategic guidance, collaborate cross-functionally, and convert trials to long-term contracts. Leverage deep product and therapy-industry knowledge and strong technical/BI skills to maximize customer value.

Provide high-level administrative support to the Co-Founder including complex calendar and email management, meeting preparation and note-taking, event logistics and company event planning, occasional personal assistance, and special projects. Must exercise discretion, initiative, and strong communication while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Occasional travel may be required.

Provide email-based billing and RCM technical support for B2B SaaS customers, triage and escalate tickets, assist engineering with issue prioritization, maintain deep product knowledge, improve customer experience, and identify product enhancements to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
