Job Title: Senior Manager, Demand Generation

About Us

Prompt is revolutionizing healthcare by delivering highly automated and modern software to rehab therapy businesses, the teams within, and the patients they serve. We strive to push the boundaries of what people can expect from healthcare software.

The Role

We're looking for a Demand Generation Team Lead to own Prompt's net new demand end to end, from a practice that has never heard of Prompt through to a qualified demo that sales accepts and opens a deal, plus all the nurture that keeps every stage in between moving. The goal is high quality demos, and you'll always know how demand is performing by source and by segment.

We already have strong content, events, paid, and BDR motions. What we don't have is the person who sits above them and makes their work talk to each other through data and follow up. You'll own the funnel stage by stage and work with Marketing Ops on the HubSpot reporting that shows how every source contributes at each one.

Then you'll use it: to pick the highest leverage campaigns and tactics, to work with the BDRs on which accounts to hit, to tell leadership where the next 400 qualified demos are coming from, and to turn what works into repeatable plays.

You'll set the direction and do the hands-on work, coordinating across marketing, our paid media agency, and the BDR team while just as often building the report, writing the nurture email, or launching the test yourself.

You'll lead a team of 2 from day one and grow it as the engine scales. When leadership wants to know how new business demand is tracking, you already have the answer ready.

Responsibilities

Own the Funnel from Cold to Demo Arrived to Deal Created

  • Own every stage of net new demand, from a practice that has never heard of Prompt down to the demo that's held and accepted by sales. Know what's in each bucket, why it's there, and what moves it forward.

  • Bring the cold cohort, the practices who aren't in any bucket yet, into the funnel with a wide range of campaigns and activities.

  • Own the nurture for every bucket, not just the ones close to booking, and keep the BDR buckets warm so their outreach lands. Give the BDRs the context, message, offer, and timing that turn a lead into a demo that's held.

  • Dissect demo quality by source, channel, and segment and feed it back to the teams creating the demand, so we can tell a channel that produces volume from a channel that produces buyers.

  • Build different plays for different buyers. SMB and mid-market practices move on a different cycle than strategic enterprise accounts, and the targeting, offers, messaging, and follow-up should reflect that.

  • Find where records stall between stages and fix the cause, whether it's the offer, the routing, the timing, or the message.

Demand Gen Strategy & Leadership

  • Own the net new demand strategy and the quarterly plan behind it, and communicate both clearly to company leadership.

  • Lead the 2 people who report into this role, develop them, and grow the team as the engine scales.

  • Direct the day to day work of the demand engine across Marketing Operations, BDR, Content, Events, and our agency, keeping everyone pointed at the same demo and pipeline goals.

Total Clarity & Reporting

  • Be the single source of truth for how net new demand is performing, so anyone in leadership can get a clear, current answer backed by data at any point. You share that picture before anyone has to ask for it.

  • Own the reporting layer in HubSpot with Marketing Ops, including the dashboards, lifecycle stages, properties, and campaign reporting that show how every source contributes at every stage. This is the core of the job, not a tool you happen to know.

  • Pull the data together from where it currently lives apart, including HubSpot, the paid platforms, the website, our BI reporting, and event lists. Use AI to get signal out of messy, disconnected data and to automate between tools that don't talk to each other.

  • Forecast the demo number across every source that feeds it, including paid, events, partnerships, webinars, and LLM-driven search, and line it up with BDR outbound so sales and marketing plan against one shared target.

  • Know your CAC, cost per demo, arrival rate, and demo to opportunity conversion inside and out, and use them to make decisions every week.

New Channel & Campaign Experimentation

  • Keep a steady pipeline of new ideas coming, whether that's a new ad platform, a partnership, a fresh offer, a comparison play, or a campaign we've never run before. Test them, read the results quickly, and put real budget behind the ones that work.

  • Get Prompt in front of buyers researching through LLM-driven search. Leads arriving that way are already deep in evaluation.

  • Reach the parts of our addressable market we haven't touched yet.

Demo Arrival Rate & Speed to Lead

  • Own everything that happens after a demo is booked, from the confirmation and reminder sequences through scheduling, calendar handoffs, and rebooking. A demo that's booked but never attended doesn't count as a win.

  • Work with the BDR and sales teams on speed to lead and follow-up, and with Marketing Operations on the routing, alerts, and automation behind them.

Website & Conversion Rate Optimization

  • Treat the website as a product you own, and run conversion rate optimization across the site, including its landing pages, forms, chat, and the demo booking flow.

  • Test headlines, offers, layouts, and form length on an ongoing basis, and partner closely with design and development so tests ship quickly.

Lead Nurturing & Reactivation
  • Guide your team in designing and running reactivation programs in HubSpot for leads who aren't ready to buy yet, such as stale opportunities, closed-lost accounts, cool-off contacts, webinar attendees, and content leads.

  • Bring them back into a demo conversation, and keep testing your copy, offers, and cadences as you go.

Paid Media and Strategic Growth Partnership
  • Build an exceptionally close working relationship with our paid media partner and a trusted advisor on Prompt's broader marketing strategy. Treat him as an extension of the team and a force multiplier, not simply as an agency executing campaigns.

  • Create a true 1+1=3 partnership. Bring the closest possible view of what is happening inside the business - demo performance, BDR feedback, sales conversations, customer and competitive signals, vertical-level results, and company priorities - so his recommendations become even sharper and more actionable.

  • Work together to sort through the long list of possible opportunities, decide what matters most now, and determine where Prompt should test, stop, or double down.

  • Translate Prompt's priorities in each market and vertical into effective paid programs. Ensure the right segments are receiving the right messages, offers, creative, and landing experiences, and that campaigns reinforce how Prompt intends to win each market.

Minimum Requirements
  • You have at least 7 years in demand generation or performance marketing at a B2B SaaS company, and you've personally owned a demo, meeting, or pipeline number.

  • You've managed and developed a team directly, including hiring, coaching, setting priorities, and holding people to results. You're looking to lead and grow a team rather than only run your own campaigns.

  • You're deep in HubSpot. You've built the dashboards, lifecycle stages, properties, workflows, lead scoring, and campaign reporting yourself rather than asking someone else to.

  • You have strong funnel fluency. You can diagnose performance by source, segment, and stage, pull and validate the data yourself, and turn what you find into action. You can walk us through a time you found something in the data that changed what your team did next.

  • You're still hands-on in the tools. You can point to recent emails you've written, landing pages and forms you've tested, workflows you've set up, and tests you've launched yourself. If your last 2 roles were spent purely directing other people's work, this probably isn't the right fit.

  • You've run paid media yourself across Google Ads and paid social, owned the budget for it, and led the work through an outside agency. You understand the platforms well enough to challenge an agency's recommendations rather than take them at face value.

  • You use AI tools in your daily work, and you can show us what you've built, automated, or figured out faster because of them.

  • You're curious and relentless. You dig into why a number moved, follow it until every loose end is tied off, and ship tests every week rather than every quarter.

Preferred (nice-to-have) qualifications
  • You've marketed to healthcare providers, clinics, or other SMB and mid-market buyers with long consideration cycles.

  • You've built reporting across tools that don't natively connect, such as CRM, BI, and paid platforms.

  • You've partnered closely with BDR teams on speed to lead and follow-up.

  • You've worked with website behavior tracking tools such as Hotjar, Decibel, or similar.

  • You have enough HTML and CSS to review how emails and landing pages are built.

  • You're familiar with ABM platforms such as Demandbase, 6sense, or RollWorks.
