Serve as the primary technology liaison for Order-to-Cash, leading SAP OTC support, customer master data governance, BPX and customer master teams, system enhancements, UAT, production support, performance reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Lead end-to-end advanced analytics and AI/ML projects for manufacturing and commercial operations, develop models and prototypes, integrate AI solutions into operational environments, collaborate cross-functionally, ensure compliance and document technical work, and present results to stakeholders.

Support finance project focused on fixed asset records and process documentation: review and reclassify real and personal property asset accounts, split asset history/ledger, update tax ledger, document finance procedures, and assist with other finance project activities.

Lead requirements gathering and documentation for SAP EWM/WM warehouse initiatives in a regulated environment. Act as liaison between BPOs, SMEs, warehouse operations, and the SI team. Create process maps, user stories, requirements traceability matrices, and functional specs. Support testing (Dry Runs, BST, UAT), master data/internal warehouse process workstreams, CSV and regulatory compliance, and change management to ensure successful SAP solution delivery.
