Paid, fully remote game development internship working on Dungeon Rampage. Interns will help create features and content, polish gameplay, fix bugs, communicate progress, participate in team rituals, and contribute to company culture. The role offers mentorship and growth opportunities, requires at least 30 hours weekly, and is open to current students, recent graduates, and candidates in Latin America who can work Pacific Time hours.

Develop and maintain game features for Dungeon Rampage across backend and frontend systems. Collaborate with engineers, communicate progress, participate in team rituals, and contribute to a positive company culture. This remote, paid internship provides mentorship and opportunities to work with ActionScript, C++, C#, and/or PHP in a game development environment.

Develop and maintain high-quality C++ game code, including gameplay features and game systems. Architect performant, modular, and maintainable solutions; advise teams on technology choices; and collaborate with project managers to deliver player-facing features. Mentor junior engineers through paired programming and code reviews while contributing to a collaborative, mentorship-focused culture.

Lead and own end-to-end business development for co-development, full-game funding, and tools sales. Build AAA studio and publisher relationships, manage and negotiate deals and contracts, maintain BD pipeline and reporting, attend industry events, and work with leadership to shape BD strategy and growth.
