Lead and own end-to-end business development for co-development, full-game funding, and tools sales. Build AAA studio and publisher relationships, manage and negotiate deals and contracts, maintain BD pipeline and reporting, attend industry events, and work with leadership to shape BD strategy and growth.

Serve as the primary external and internal voice for the game community; manage social channels (X, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) and community platforms (Steam, Discord, Reddit); create and publish content including graphics and video assets; track growth and performance, report insights to optimize content strategy; surface community feedback and trends.

Refine and execute Dungeon Rampage's go-to-market strategy from Early Access to 1.0 and live ops. Define positioning, messaging, and target audiences. Grow and engage the community on Discord and Steam, manage influencer and PR outreach, oversee marketing asset creation and social campaigns, track wishlist conversions and funnel KPIs, and collaborate closely with the development team to communicate updates.
