Supports development and execution of powertrain and vehicle testing. Reviews test plans, creates computer-based tests and protocols, directs sensor and equipment installation, analyzes test data, prepares customer reports, inspects test units, troubleshoots facility issues, and assists with project management and testing improvements.

The onsite role requires at least five years of injection tool design experience, proficiency with design software, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Designs, calibrates, validates, and supports engine and powertrain control systems for emissions, OBD, fuel economy, diagnostics, and performance. Conducts dynamometer, vehicle, road, hot-weather, cold-weather, and high-altitude testing; analyzes calibration data; resolves issues; supports production releases and regulatory compliance. Collaborates with engineering teams, suppliers, and customers while mentoring junior engineers and presenting technical findings.

Coordinates vehicle engineering and fabrication projects by tracking builds, engineering changes, issues, shipments, inspections, build documentation, design reviews, and test readiness. Supports advanced composite programs by developing manufacturing processes, work instructions, tooling plans, and production specifications. Coordinates quality, budgeting, scheduling, logistics, customer communication, and continuous improvement across multiple concurrent programs. Provides technical support to production, collaborates with design and senior engineering teams, monitors program status, and helps lead program personnel. Requires an engineering bachelor's degree, Excel and CAD skills, and at least six months of relevant experience.

Assists with planning, scheduling, and coordinating prototype project activities across office and shop operations. Tracks project data, schedules, milestones, budgets, customer expectations, subcontractor assignments, and vendor performance. Supports project plans, cross-functional deliverables, customer and supplier data review, reporting, and lessons learned. Requires strong communication, organization, basic computer skills, and the ability to work overtime onsite.

Plans, executes, monitors, and documents full-vehicle testing for durability, strength, fatigue, and customer usage. Inspects and prepares vehicles, supports diagnostics and root-cause analysis, directs repairs, maintains test data and analysis programs, and communicates findings to customers and engineering teams.
