Provide frontend and backend support for eDiscovery applications (Relativity, Nuix, Reveal, CloudNine, iPro, Brainspace). Monitor and maintain client environments, triage incidents, enter and manage tickets in ConnectWise, perform upgrades, document processes, and communicate incident status to customers. Maintain relevant training/certifications and travel to client sites up to 10%.

Maintain and support secure, highly available eDiscovery platforms and infrastructure. Install, upgrade, monitor, and troubleshoot servers, networks, virtualization, storage and applications. Provide escalation support, document procedures, log work in ConnectWise, and communicate incident status to clients.
