Lead customer implementation projects through strategic account management, driving value and mentoring technical teams while navigating complex stakeholder environments.

Generate outbound pipeline and support enterprise sales for a technical B2B SaaS product. Partner with Enterprise AEs across the sales cycle, run discovery, craft value-based messaging, manage multi-stakeholder deals, deliver presentations and RFPs, and translate technical features into measurable business impact.
