Lead and operationalize a new PMO for Europe, owning end-to-end delivery of enterprise software implementations, enforcing project management standards, maintaining reporting and dashboards, identifying and resolving risks, refining PMO tooling, and designing onboarding and continuous learning for Customer Success.

Lead and grow strategic enterprise utility accounts across Europe as the senior commercial owner. Develop expansion plans, coach account teams, scale key account processes, collaborate cross-functionally, report performance to leadership, and represent Neara at industry events.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design and implement features focused on digital twins, API development, and engineering simulations. You'll enhance algorithms, improve monitoring, and create tools for efficient data extraction and network design viability assessments.

Serve as a technical-commercial advisor to enterprise utility customers to drive Neara platform adoption, define and validate business cases and ROI, run training/workshops, embed solutions into customer workflows, and identify expansion opportunities while collaborating with Sales and Deployment teams.

Embed with enterprise customers to design and build custom solutions on the Neara platform. Develop features, integrations, visualizations, and automation using the Neara SDK, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java, and Python. Advise customers, lead training, align configurations and data integrations, and translate business needs into technical designs to drive account value and product evolution.

Serve as a trusted technical and commercial advisor to high-value customers to drive adoption and measurable ROI of Neara's SaaS digital-twin platform. Embed solutions, develop business cases and value frameworks, run trainings/workshops, identify expansion opportunities, and collaborate with Sales and Deployment to ensure contractual delivery and long-term customer value.

The Customer Value Architect will engage with customers to enhance the adoption of the Neara platform, ensuring value is delivered and facilitating customer training and engagement while identifying growth opportunities.

Lead the architecture of the developer loop, improve developer productivity, manage cross-team initiatives, and mentor engineers in a scalable engineering environment.

Embed with enterprise customers to design and build custom solutions on the Neara platform using the Neara SDK and platform APIs. Develop integrations, visualizations, UI elements, data analysis features, and automation scripts; lead technical workshops; translate customer needs into architectures; and collaborate across teams to align platform configuration and integrations with customer environments.

Drive adoption and value realization of the Neara platform for high-value customers by embedding solutions, defining and validating ROI, delivering training and workshops, collaborating with Sales and Deployment, and identifying expansion opportunities to ensure contractual outcomes and measurable business impact.
