Principal Data & Software Engineer role responsible for architecting and designing end-to-end data & reporting platform on Azure Public Cloud. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs, design data ingestion pipeline, data warehouse, data marts, and visualization components using various technologies. Lead performance improvement efforts, ensure security aspects integration, and research new patterns and tools for platform enhancement.

They collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support product(s) in the market, define and prioritize enhancements and new products, follow Agile processes, and track product performance indicators.

Responsible for ensuring customers achieve desired outcomes while using products and services, driving adoption, renewals, and expansion. Building and maintaining relationships with customers and stakeholders, identifying expansion opportunities, and maintaining compliance with company policies. Requires 5 years of experience in customer relationship/account management, preferably in healthcare industry.
