The individual will develop and implement sales strategies, manage service opportunities, provide technical support, and expand partner relationships for generator services in North America.

Support budgeting, forecasting, KPI monitoring, financial reporting and IFRS-compliant close processes. Manage invoicing, collections, reconciliations, cash flow and product costing. Prepare management reports, support audits, and enter/verify financial data in SAP and accounting systems.

Lead North America strategic planning and PMO for US Wind and Industrial businesses. Develop strategic frameworks, conduct SWOT and market analysis, define growth/resource matrices, propose M&A/partnerships, run milestone reviews (Balanced Scorecard), perform gap analysis for staffing and capabilities, and serve on the North American executive leadership team.

Ensure and improve product and process quality for assigned business areas. Lead inspections, customer interactions, root-cause/corrective actions (8D), audits, PPAP/MRP-PQP/FMEA/MSA activities, SAP quality notifications, and documentation to maintain ISO compliance and timely shipments.
