Leads order management and revenue conversion for the Wind Business Segment. Responsibilities include optimizing and automating order processes, tracking monthly revenue, analyzing operational data, coordinating across departments, improving processes, and resolving customer service, delivery, and commercial escalations. Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and business performance. Analyze manufacturing costs, standard costing, inventory, and profitability while supporting cost accounting and financial controls. Use Excel, ERP systems, Power BI, Python, SQL, Microsoft Fabric, Celonis, AI, and automation to develop dashboards, improve processes, enhance data quality, and drive finance transformation. Influence cross-functional initiatives and support the Controller’s long-term organizational development.

Assists with final testing of wind turbine power transmissions and subassemblies. Verifies units against parts lists and test protocols, assembles fixtures, connects sensors and probes, operates test stands, monitors equipment, inspects for defects and oil leaks, performs oil filling and draining, completes post-test assembly, records results in eMPP, and communicates findings with assembly, service, and other teams.
