2, 協力会社のサポート(部品供給、工程管理)
3, 1および2を実現するための本社・工場との協議・調整技術や部品に関して、本社への問い合わやMTGを実施して頂きます■営業先及び取り扱い製品は以下になります・取り扱い製品（標準減速機、遊星減速機、ｶｯﾌﾟﾘﾝｸﾞ、風力用増速機・発電機）■主に担当頂ける産業用減速機のお客様（一例）です
以下幅広い産業分野で取引実績があります・国内製鉄メーカ向け運搬・搬送機械に実績
・国内電力メーカ向け粉砕機、運炭コンベヤ、粉砕ミルに実績
・国内セットメーカ向け撹拌機、タイヤ製造装置、ギアポンプ用、粉砕機用、押出機用、渦巻きポンプ用、船舶用に実績
・風力発電所向けのアッセットオーナー、EPC、サービス会社向けの風力用増速機・発電機
本ポジションでは上記お客様を中心にご担当いただく予定です■会社の現状と強み・世界42のサービス拠点があり、輸出後に発生したトラブルなどによるサービス対応は迅速に可能
・国内にはサービスパートナーの体制できめ細やかな顧客対応
・増速機のトップシェアメーカーで、多くの風力発電機メーカーで導入されています・メンテナンスサービスは継続的な契約で、安定したビジネスを展開しております
・ 日本のマーケットは注力されており、海外からのゲストエンジニア等の来日や生産拠点とのやり取りが多く発生します
・機械の設計、製造以外にDXを駆使した予防保全装置・サービスの開発・販売に積極的に取り組んでいる【必須】
・大型機械、回転機械、減速機などに関わる営業もしくは技術経験（概ね５年以上）
・特に、顧客の仕様に合わせてカストマイズが必要になる大型の機械部品または大型装置の営業【歓迎】
・海外工場、拠点などのやり取りや技術営業、営業職としてビジネスデベロップメントに関わったご経験、技術仕様書・見積作成のご経験。
・日本国内で大手産業機械メーカー・プラントエンジニアリング会社中心として法人顧客の経験がある方
・英語での簡単な読み書きできる方

Skills Required
- Approximately five or more years of sales or technical experience involving large machinery, rotating machinery, gearboxes, or similar equipment.
- Sales experience with large customized machine components or large-scale equipment tailored to customer specifications.
- Experience communicating with overseas factories or offices, technical sales, or business development.
- Experience preparing technical specifications and quotations.
- Corporate sales experience with major industrial machinery manufacturers or plant engineering companies in Japan.
- Basic English reading and writing ability.
