Lead and run a global Quality Assurance program for content moderation, managing analysts and vendor operations. Define sampling methodologies, implement AI-driven monitoring, automate processes, perform root-cause analysis, deliver audits and reports, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve policy compliance, moderator performance, and operational accuracy.

Draft and update policies and the employee handbook, conduct audits, advise HR on separations, classifications, background checks, onboarding, leaves, and accommodations. Manage OFCCP/AAP reporting, deliver training to people leaders, monitor legal developments, and coordinate corrective actions and cross-functional projects.

Build and scale GPU compute infrastructure, training frameworks, and data pipelines. Integrate large-scale training and inference systems, productionize models with ML teams, ensure scalability and reliability, troubleshoot full-stack ML systems, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead the Human Data function to deliver high-quality training data and evaluations. Manage Team Leads and AI Tutors, define annotation guidelines and QA processes, scale operations globally, recruit and develop talent, collaborate with engineering and program teams, and report outcomes to senior leadership.

Own end-to-end onboarding and training for AI Tutors, design and deliver orientation and continuous development, coordinate systems/access and stakeholders, track progress and resolve blockers, support hiring events and communications to scale tutor readiness and quality.

Own analytics for consumer subscriptions (acquisition, conversion, retention, churn, revenue, pricing). Build dashboards, run statistical analyses and experiments, identify growth opportunities, ensure data integrity with monitoring and audits, write ETL/analysis code, and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
