Lead and manage enterprise IT systems across cloud, on‑prem, and hybrid environments. Own lifecycle governance, high availability, patching, capacity planning, incident escalation, root‑cause analysis, security compliance, automation/IaC initiatives, and team development while partnering with Security, Network, Service Desk, and Application teams.

Manage hardware and software variant landscape for Scout vehicle programs: define part variant status, govern buildable combinations, implement OTA/configuration processes, track complexity KPIs, ensure data consistency across PLM/ERP/software systems, and drive cross-functional alignment and continuous improvement to reduce unnecessary complexity.

Own the vision, roadmap, and prioritization for Scout's Integrated Business Planning platform. Define the core planning artifact (demand, production, procurement, capacity, inventory, financials), write user stories and acceptance criteria, partner with IT on integrations and data, align stakeholders, build governance and decision-ready dashboards, and drive adoption so the platform becomes the executive forum's single source of truth.

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support and systems administration for Microsoft 365, VDI/EUC, servers, and business applications. Perform routine server maintenance, backups, monitoring, account provisioning, and basic network tasks. Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues, collaborate with security and engineering teams, maintain IT documentation, and recommend improvements and automation to increase reliability and user productivity.

Lead electrical hardware design and release for vehicle switches and switch modules from concept through manufacturing launch. Define electrical interfaces, collaborate with suppliers, validate designs through virtual and physical testing, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and work with software and systems teams on diagnostics, logic, and fault handling.
