As a Project Management Specialist at Scout Motors, you will oversee the preparation and build of prototype vehicles, manage procurement for machinery, plan and control machine setups, and ensure vehicle assembly processes are defined and executed. Additionally, you will track costs and budgets, manage parts availability issues, and coordinate cross-departmental reporting on the vehicle build status.

Supervise body-in-white pre-series production, resolve production issues, develop new processes, create KPIs, ensure quality and cost goals are met, analyze and improve parts supply, identify root causes of production issues, collaborate with product engineering on design changes, and implement solutions for production problems.

The Specialist in Parts Provision Body and Paint will contribute to manufacturing and testing prototypes at Scout Motors, ensuring on-time delivery of parts, scheduling work orders, coordinating with R&D and Logistics, and optimizing processes for parts delivery.
