Provide legal advice and counsel on commercial matters with emphasis on procurement, supplier and manufacturing agreements. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts; develop templates and contracting processes; partner with Supply Chain, Purchasing, Engineering, Finance, and outside counsel; support company growth and internal training. Lead the design and development of scalable AI platforms, collaborate with teams to deliver AI solutions, and mentor AI engineers. Focus on machine learning, generative AI, data architectures, and ensuring compliance with security and governance standards.

Own and maintain Design Verification Plans (DVPs), track and align validation activities across component, subsystem, and full-vehicle levels, perform gap analyses, manage cross-functional coordination, report validation status and risks, and improve DVP and validation processes to support prototype and pre-series readiness.

Lead definition and maintenance of OBD requirements for generic scan tool access and behavior in a software-defined vehicle. Author clear, testable, and traceable requirements; align diagnostics with system architecture; collaborate with diagnostics, software, validation, and service teams; define acceptance criteria and test cases; review implementations and support issue resolution through diagnostic trace analysis.

Lead and grow Data and AI Engineering teams to design, build, and operate scalable data platforms and Generative AI solutions. Architect Databricks-based pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, RAG and LLM integrations, ensure governance, security, reliability, and collaborate with enterprise architects to align standards and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Serve as on-site technical liaison between Energy System product engineering and manufacturing. Diagnose root causes, implement containment and corrective actions, support launches, pre-production builds, validation, and capture lessons learned to optimize vehicle energy systems (battery, chargers, DC/DC, thermal). Collaborate across mechanical, electrical, software, and production teams and provide technical guidance to technicians and test engineers.
