Account Executive responsible for expanding the DACH market from Spain. Duties include prospecting, qualifying opportunities, conducting discovery meetings, product demonstrations and POCs, managing full B2B sales cycles, negotiating and closing deals, maintaining sales forecasts, and achieving New ARR targets. The Sales and Implementations Engineer will provide technical solutions to clients during the sales process, implement products, and validate these solutions. They will also document implementation best practices and act as a liaison between customers and R&D teams.

Provide advanced, client-facing technical support for a SaaS IT management platform. Diagnose complex application issues involving integrations, authentication, APIs, automation workflows, logs, and platform behavior. Advise enterprise customers on integrations, workflow optimization, and advanced features, while collaborating with Development and Customer Success teams. The role requires strong communication, troubleshooting expertise, SaaS application support experience, rapid technology learning, and availability for EMEA/APAC business-hour overlap.

Lead positioning, messaging, and competitive enablement for InvGate Asset Management. Create and update collateral, website copy, and interactive demos. Act as voice of the customer through research and interviews, align GTM with Product, and collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Design, and Customer Success.

Lead feature discovery, define requirements, partner with Engineering and Design to deliver SaaS solutions, leverage AI for research and prototyping, prioritize initiatives, launch and iterate features, and define metrics to measure impact.

Define and execute InvGate's global channel and partner strategy to drive indirect revenue growth. Lead and coach a global channel team, expand relationships with distributors, SIs, VARs and technology partners, negotiate strategic partnerships, develop scalable partner programs and joint GTM activities, align with Sales/Marketing/Product, own channel KPIs and forecasts, and represent InvGate in executive partner discussions and industry events.

The Technical Support Analyst provides technical support to clients, troubleshoots issues, and suggests improvements to maximize platform efficiency.
