Design, develop, and operate JFrog’s high-availability SaaS Management Platform across multi-cluster and multi-region environments. Build cloud-native solutions using Kubernetes and major cloud providers, create self-service developer tooling, integrate cloud and Kubernetes services, and improve developer productivity. Collaborate with product, R&D, DevOps, and SRE teams to deliver secure, scalable platform capabilities. Develop backend services incorporating AI and LLM workflows.

The role requires expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Git integrations, build tools, application security, cloud infrastructure, and agentic development workflows. Residency in Spain and native Spanish fluency are required.

Leads revenue and sales enablement programs across EMEA, including onboarding, training, certifications, bootcamps, educational content, and sales methodology adoption. Partners with sales, customer success, RevOps, marketing, product, R&D, and partners to improve seller effectiveness. Measures program performance, reports operational metrics, manages enablement tooling and learning platforms, and supports roadmap priorities and cross-functional initiatives.

Leads strategy and lifecycle management for JFrog’s business applications and monetization platforms, including quote-to-cash, licensing, usage, billing, entitlements, provisioning, and integrations. Defines product vision, delivers scalable self-service capabilities, uses analytics and customer feedback to guide decisions, and aligns Engineering, Finance, Information Systems, Sales, Marketing, Support, executives, and customers.

Serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers across Taiwan, leading technical sales cycles from discovery and solution design through demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, validation, and technical wins. Design DevOps, DevSecOps, cloud-native, and software supply chain security solutions; conduct workshops and executive presentations; collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success; and share customer feedback to influence product direction.

Advises APAC Sales leadership on complex pricing, commercial terms, deal architecture, revenue compliance, and contract solutions. Partners with Sales, Finance, Legal, Revenue, and Operations to resolve billing and revenue recognition challenges, develop financial strategies for strategic accounts, analyze discounting trends, and improve commercial performance. The role also evaluates escalations and supports data-driven executive decision-making across enterprise software sales.

Generates enterprise sales opportunities, manages strategic accounts, develops customer and partner relationships, executes value-based account plans, conducts outbound prospecting, meets quotas, manages Salesforce forecasting and activities, and collaborates with Legal, Solution Engineering, Finance, and Operations to close deals.

Coordinate office operations, reception, guest welcoming, employee administrative support, and vendor contracts and price negotiations. Maintain an efficient workplace, manage office procedures and systems, and resolve issues proactively. The role requires strong organization, communication, relationship management, multitasking, attention to detail, flexibility, and a positive team-oriented approach.
