Lead and grow Nova Product’s engineering team, owning customer-facing workflows for subscriptions, data rooms, distributions, capital calls, wallet, and investor portals. Set technical direction, drive roadmap execution with Product and Design, maintain high quality and compliance standards, support hiring and team structure, and remain hands-on enough to unblock engineers and guide technical tradeoffs.

Lead marketing for AngelList’s Funds and Nova businesses, shaping positioning, messaging, launches, campaigns, content, distribution, and sales enablement. Translate complex financial products, proprietary data, and customer outcomes into compelling market narratives that influence customer behavior, pipeline, revenue, assets, and transaction volume. Manage a growth marketer and external contractors while remaining hands-on across writing, customer research, campaign development, and launches. Build the marketing function and establish a consistent, data-informed shipping rhythm.

Own investor support for self-directed retail investors across email and phone. Manage onboarding, KYC escalations, CRM accuracy, investor communications (statements, NAV, tax), and coordination with Compliance, fund admin, and custodian. Build FAQs, automations, playbooks, and feedback loops to Product, Compliance, and Marketing to scale support.
