Provide end-user technical support across Windows, Linux, and macOS. Manage provisioning, deployment, upgrades, and troubleshooting of devices; administer user accounts, authentication, endpoint security, patching, antivirus, encryption, and backups. Support Microsoft 365 apps, network services (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN), wireless access, printers/scanners, document resolutions and SOPs, and contribute to IT projects and office technology deployments.

Design and implement FPGA/CPLD-based video/audio processing products using VHDL/Verilog and vendor tools. Collaborate with hardware/software teams, develop IP cores and subsystems, test and debug designs, and use toolflows to close timing and improve fit quality.
