Own and resolve payments operational incidents end-to-end for APAC merchants. Coordinate with processors, partners, and internal teams, provide merchant support and go-live readiness, document root causes in ticketing tools, and feed learnings back to stakeholders.

Sell dLocal payment solutions to cross-border e-commerce merchants and PSPs; build strategic partnerships; identify and close new business; expand services within existing accounts; design growth operations and processes; represent the region at industry events; act as regional payments expert and support cross-functional teams.

Own and resolve operational incidents end-to-end for payment merchants, engage processors and partners, provide merchant go-live support and hypercare, perform root-cause analysis, document incidents (e.g., Jira), and feed learnings back to internal teams and external partners.
