Leads multiple mature Agile teams by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching teams on Agile practices, removing impediments, maintaining Agile tools, and ensuring deliverables meet timelines and budgets. Requires strong Excel, organizational, research, communication, and accuracy skills.

Develop complex AI software solutions, lead projects, perform system integration, and manage software deployment using various programming languages and cloud technologies.

Manage assigned wholesale insurance accounts through submission, quoting, binding, and servicing. Coordinate internal stakeholders, support brokers/underwriters, negotiate coverage terms, prepare recommendations, promote new and renewal business, and handle post-bind documentation, endorsements, cancellations, and renewals.
