Responsible for leading business development initiatives and managing high-value client relationships to drive revenue and strategic growth. Partners with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop solutions aligned with client objectives, and ensure delivery excellence. • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue growth and product penetration targets.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key executives and decision-makers within client organizations.

• Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to secure long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and underwriting, to ensure seamless service delivery for complex accounts.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES / REGISTRATIONS
• Relevant state insurance license as required by role responsibilities.
