Processes insurance policy documents, endorsements, renewals, and cancellations. Validates coverage, limits, and premiums; maintains policy records; resolves discrepancies with onshore teams; meets SLAs; supports process improvement; and ensures compliance with regulatory and internal controls.

Coordinates high-volume New York and national commercial title insurance transactions. Serves as the primary contact for underwriters, clients, counsel, lenders, brokers, and vendors; reviews title products and purchase agreements; supports transaction clearance, closing statements, invoicing, settlement, disbursement, funding, and financial verification; and resolves inquiries while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely completion.

Lead complex accounting processes including preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing month/quarter/year-end close, performing complex reconciliations, developing internal controls, supporting audits, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating on forecasts and process improvements.

Support actuarial pricing, reserving, and risk modeling by collecting and validating data, performing reserve calculations and predictive modeling, preparing standard reports, and collaborating with underwriting, finance, and product teams to ensure regulatory and company compliance.

Manage assigned insurance accounts through submission, quoting, binding, and servicing. Coordinate internal stakeholders, support brokers/underwriters, promote new and renewal business, negotiate coverage terms, prepare recommendations based on risk analysis, and handle post-bind documentation, renewals, cancellations, and endorsements.

Design, deploy, and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytics solutions; ensure data quality via governance and monitoring; optimize APIM for data interaction; create dashboards and visual reports for portfolio and divisions.

Process and record receipts, payments, and reconciliations; maintain accurate general ledger records; support month-end close; investigate discrepancies; communicate with internal teams and clients; assist with ad hoc accounting, treasury, and administrative tasks. Hybrid role requiring two days onsite in Oak Brook, IL.

Provide HR operational support to HR Business Partners: maintain HR data, produce recurring and ad hoc reports, manage shared HR mailboxes, support projects, prepare presentations, improve processes and automate workflows, and assist with low-level employee relations while protecting confidential information.

Design, manage, and analyze competitive compensation programs (salary structures, incentives, pay policies). Lead compensation projects, perform job evaluation and market benchmarking, advise stakeholders, support vendor and HRIS partnerships, and deliver data-driven recommendations to improve pay equity and program effectiveness.
