Lead government-software implementation projects from planning through go-live, managing scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, stakeholder communication, QA, and user acceptance testing. Manage financial operations for education savings plans, including check and ACH distributions, reconciliations, reporting, process improvement, risk management, vendor and contract oversight, audit support, and complex customer account resolution. Maintain accurate financial records, strengthen internal controls, ensure regulatory compliance, improve workflows, and collaborate with leadership to support informed decision-making and departmental goals.

Process and balance received payments, reconcile deleted checks with control logs, resolve discrepancies, process retail accounts per schedule, handle mail transactions by matching coupons to checks, and operate an Opex mail/scan machine.

Provide first-line technical support for municipal SaaS customers via phone, email, and chat. Log incidents in the ticketing system, perform basic troubleshooting (password resets, installs, connectivity), escalate complex issues, maintain knowledge base content, and communicate status updates to customers.
