Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close, run consultative discovery, partner with Solutions Engineers for demos and technical validation, manage pipeline and Salesforce hygiene, and exceed quota while building multi-stakeholder relationships.

Lead full sales cycle for Case IQ's GRC SaaS platform: prospect, qualify, demo with Solutions Engineers, negotiate and close deals. Build pipeline via outbound activity and manage multi-stakeholder enterprise sales into HR, legal, compliance, investigations, and risk teams while maintaining Salesforce hygiene and cross-functional collaboration.

Serve as strategic advisor to customers, drive product adoption and retention, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage customer communications and CRM, identify expansion opportunities, deliver training and quarterly business reviews, and measure success by retention, satisfaction, and leads.

Manage change requests from intake through deployment: gather requirements, write user stories and acceptance criteria, coordinate development and timelines, communicate with customers, run demos, track project costs, and close out CRs. Mentor team members, improve processes, and build strong customer relationships to drive adoption and retention of the Case IQ SaaS platform.
