We offer a comprehensive suite of solutions that enable organizations to move from reactive approaches to proactive risk management. Our software helps teams across compliance, HR, legal, and investigations report, manage, investigate, and prevent workplace risk - including ethics violations, fraud, harassment, discrimination, security incidents, and third-party issues - so they can better protect their people, culture, and business.

Backed by over 25 years of domain expertise and trusted by Fortune 500 companies, Case IQ has supported the management of millions of cases and helped mitigate billions in financial and reputational risk.

Role Summary

As a GTM Engineer, you will serve as a technical force multiplier across the business, building the AI agents, automations, and applications that scale how every team operates — from Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Implementation, and Support to Product, IT, Engineering, Finance, and HR — while sitting within the centralized Business Operations function. This role is responsible for engineering solutions that operationalize data, tooling, and workflows across the organization, replacing manual processes with reliable systems, driving visibility into performance, enabling leadership decision-making, and advancing automation and innovation across the business. You’ll be expected to bring hands-on engineering skill, innovative problem-solving, and a results-oriented approach to support the business in achieving its goals.

You will own key cross-functional tools, integrations, and automations, partner closely with technical and business teams to connect and activate data across platforms, and deliver high-impact applications, reporting, and insights that inform roadmap planning, investment decisions, performance management, and operational excellence.

In this role (remote-first: Canada), you’ll report to our VP, Business Operations & Strategy and work closely with teams across the organization. Expect a fast-paced, autonomous environment where you’ll wear multiple hats, be accountable and recognized for being creative and results-oriented. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact.

AI-Forward Ways of Working

At Case IQ, AI is part of how we work. We value people who are curious, adaptable, and open to using AI responsibly to improve efficiency, quality, and decision-making. Across all roles, we look for strong human judgment, problem-solving, collaboration, and the ability to thoughtfully apply AI tools while reviewing outputs for accuracy, context, and business impact.

What You’ll Do

  • AI Agents & Applications: Architect, build, and deploy AI-powered agents, workflows, and applications that scale the productivity of teams across the organization — Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Implementation, Support, Product, IT, Engineering, Finance, and HR. Pair AI-accelerated development with sound software engineering, and for larger applications, act as the Technical Product Manager — partnering with our Engineering team to define requirements, scope solutions, and ensure our software development lifecycle (SDLC) is followed.
  • Automation Engineering: Design, build, and maintain production-grade automations and integrations across the business — leveraging the existing tech stack, internal automation platforms, APIs, webhooks, and custom scripting — to replace manual processes with reliable, scalable systems.
  • Systems Integration & Data Pipelines: Connect and orchestrate data across the platforms each function relies on — spanning the go-to-market, product, finance, and people systems — and into a central data warehouse, building robust ETL and API pipelines that keep systems in sync and data trustworthy.
  • Reporting, Dashboards & Insights: Transform integrated and orchestrated data into standardized, automated reporting and dashboards — a core output of the team — driving visibility, accountability, and data-informed decision-making across every function in the organization.
  • GTM Systems & Revenue Automation: Engineer the go-to-market stack end to end — streamlining how the revenue organization attracts, converts, retains, and expands customers — to reduce friction across the customer lifecycle and give Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams greater leverage and efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Tooling: Build and own internal tools, scripts, and applications that serve Business Operations and its partner functions across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Implementation, Support, Product, IT, Engineering, Finance, and HR, acting as both engineer and product owner.
  • Deployment, Reliability & Security: Deploy, host, and operate the automations, agents, and applications you build — managing CI/CD, environments, monitoring, and incident response, and establishing standards for data quality, access, and error handling so solutions run securely and reliably in production.
  • Business Partnership & Requirements Engineering: Partner with leaders across Business Operations and the broader organization to translate operational problems into technical solutions, scoping requirements and shipping automations that align with strategic objectives.
  • Rapid Prototyping & Experimentation: Use AI-accelerated development to quickly prototype, test, and iterate on new integrations, tools, and automations — then apply real engineering discipline to harden what works into secure, supported systems.
  • Documentation & Enablement: Document systems and workflows, and enable teams across the organization to adopt and self-serve on the tooling and automations you build.

What Success Looks Like

  • 30 Days: Build relationships with key stakeholders, understand the business systems landscape, and identify high-priority operational pain points.
  • 60 Days: Deliver initial automation or reporting improvements and align on a prioritized cross-functional roadmap.
  • 90 Days: Launch scalable production solutions for priority workflows, with clear ownership, documentation, and success measures.
  • 1 Year: Establish a reliable, secure automation and data foundation that measurably improves efficiency, visibility, and decision-making across the business.

Who We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in software/automation engineering, technical operations, or revenue/business operations, with a proven track record of building technical solutions and driving operational improvements in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on engineering skills, with proficiency in scripting and programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL) and a track record of building integrations against REST APIs and webhooks.
  • Experience building AI-powered agents, workflows, and applications, with hands-on use of AI and automation platforms such as Make, Zapier, n8n, and modern LLM/agent frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience administering, integrating, or automating core business systems across CRM, ERP, marketing automation, sales engagement, and customer success — such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Marketo, Salesloft, and ChurnZero, or comparable platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with data and analytics platforms and warehouses such as Snowflake or similar technologies, including building ETL and API-based data pipelines.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar) to drive insights from business performance and pipeline data.
  • Experience deploying, hosting, and operating applications in production, including familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD, monitoring, and cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and best practices for data handling, security, and compliance in a business environment.
  • Proven project management skills with experience running multiple concurrent projects on timelines, using project management tools like Monday.com, Asana, or similar.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with a systematic approach to troubleshooting and optimizing workflows.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Implementation, Support, Product, Engineering, IT, Finance, HR, etc.) to ensure alignment on business goals and operational efficiencies.
  • Results-driven, with a high sense of urgency and accountability in achieving goals and addressing challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Growth mindset and adaptability, with a strong drive to learn, evolve with industry trends, and implement best practices to support business success.
  • Superior communication skills, capable of clearly articulating insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and able to influence across the organization.
  • Previous experience in a B2B SaaS organization is highly desirable.
  • Creative, proactive problem solver who can anticipate operational challenges, think critically about solutions, and bring new ideas to improve the various business functions.
