Manages project planning, status cadences, risks, stakeholder communication, and consultant coordination. Responsibilities include business process discovery, requirements analysis, process mapping, functional specifications, testing, quality assurance, deployment coordination, documentation, user training, and task administration. The role also provides consulting support for ERP implementations and requires collaboration with business users and development teams.

Lead the design and governance of complex NetSuite financial architectures for North American implementations. Advise CFOs, controllers, and executive stakeholders; lead full-cycle implementations; make architecture decisions; reduce implementation risk; ensure scalable and compliant solutions; and mentor consultants. The role requires deep expertise in NetSuite Financials, OneWorld, Multi-Book, ARM, fixed assets, consolidations, intercompany, multi-currency, AP, AR, and GL, with travel up to 25%.

Translate global marketing strategies into localized LATAM go-to-market programs that generate demand, support product launches, strengthen positioning, and contribute to revenue growth. Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Regional Leaders, and Global Marketing; create sales enablement and competitive materials; maintain brand consistency; and track campaign performance, lead flow, pipeline contribution, KPIs, and ROI.

Serve as a trusted NetSuite advisor for multiple clients, providing functional support, troubleshooting, configuration, optimization, and solution delivery. Manage enhancement requests and small-to-medium projects across finance, procurement, order management, inventory, projects, and manufacturing. Configure workflows, dashboards, saved searches, KPIs, forms, and custom records; collaborate on scripts and integrations; conduct system reviews; support testing, documentation, change management, SOX compliance, and client relationship management.

Lead financial process transformations by implementing ERP solutions, managing project governance, mentoring junior members, and supporting post-implementation stabilization.
