Develops cost models, proposals, estimates, and Statements of Work; presents solutions to technical and executive stakeholders; coordinates sales, delivery, engineering, and vendors; validates feasibility; mentors architects; and improves presales standards and reusable assets.

Drive new business and expand existing accounts by selling Blue Mantis solutions (Managed Services, Professional Services, Product Solutions, ServiceNow). Meet sales targets, develop territory/account plans, manage pipelines and forecasts, collaborate with technical teams and partners, prepare proposals and presentations, and ensure customer satisfaction and contractual fulfillment.

Serve as a Cloud FinOps Success Manager advising Azure customers on billing, licensing, and cost optimization. Conduct business reviews, own post-sales relationships, document processes, define KPIs/SLAs, and deliver scalable FinOps onboarding, provisioning, reporting, and escalation practices to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Provide onsite first/second-level desktop support via phone, walk-in, and ServiceNow tickets. Troubleshoot hardware, OS imaging/configuration, printers, mobile devices, basic networking and VPNs.
