Lead turbomachinery design and product development: perform FEA, rotordynamics and hand calculations; select components/materials; approve manufacturing drawings; support aftermarket, startup, commissioning, root-cause analyses, cost reduction, vendor and customer integration, and development of standardized engineering deliverables and tools.

Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of control and instrumentation (C&I) systems, supervise contractors, liaise with operations, perform inspections, maintain SAP-based PM records, update circuit diagrams, manage analyzer span gas stocks, ensure safety and ISO 9001 compliance, and support plant call-outs.

Provide administrative support to the SPG commercial/sales team including SAP system maintenance (workbook access, BW reports, EAR), compile and integrate sales reports, cross-department coordination, basic customer contact, track project progress, and report to the SPG sales manager.

Manage daily HR operations (background checks, onboarding/offboarding, attendance, payroll data, statutory programs), ensure compliance and audit readiness, support employees and managers, maintain HR systems (SmoothHR, Workday), prepare reports and knowledge documents, and assist HR projects and process improvements to elevate the employee experience.

Sell industrial gas solutions by meeting revenue targets, initiating new accounts, maintaining daily CRM updates, making 5-8 sales calls per day, and working safely while collaborating with the team.

Lead electrical safety and standards implementation, train and qualify operations/maintenance staff, provide technical support and troubleshooting for electrical equipment, manage technical changes to maintain continuous operation, supply documentation for repairs, and execute projects and initiatives for plant operations.
