Air Products is seeking a Project Manager for Rotoflow®, an Air Products Business, based at the Rotoflow headquarters and manufacturing facility in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. This role primarily supports Aftermarket projects while also supporting selected New Equipment projects as business needs require. You will manage global projects from order award through closeout, serving as the primary customer contact and supporting successful execution against customer requirements, contractual obligations, budget targets, and schedule commitments. Travel is expected to be less than 10% and is generally planned in advance.

Rotoflow combines trusted turbomachinery expertise with Air Products’ industrial gas capabilities to serve the hydrocarbon, liquefied natural gas, petrochemical, and industrial gas markets. You will coordinate execution across engineering and other cross-functional teams, including production, planning, scheduling, procurement, manufacturing, finance, and logistics, to keep customer commitments moving safely and effectively.

You'll serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external customers after an order is awarded. This highly visible role offers global project exposure, significant cross-functional interaction, and opportunities to grow within project management and across Air Products.

• Manage a portfolio of global Aftermarket projects, along with selected New Equipment projects, from order award through closeout to support on-time and on-budget completion.
• Serve as the primary customer contact throughout project execution, maintaining clear communication and alignment on requirements, deliverables, schedule, and commercial commitments.
• Oversee project setup, execution, tracking, and closeout activities within SAP.
• Prepare documentation required for invoicing and domestic and international shipments.
• Manage customer documentation and contractual deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
• Apply company standards, systems, and best practices to support efficient and effective project execution.
• Coordinate execution across mechanical design, aero, controls, production, planning, scheduling, procurement, manufacturing, finance, and logistics teams.
• Prioritize multiple concurrent projects of varying size and complexity while adapting to changing customer, project, and business requirements.
• Promote company guiding principles, with safety as the highest priority.

• Ability to manage technical projects from initiation through completion while balancing customer, contractual, budget, and schedule requirements.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including demonstrated customer-facing project leadership and the ability to coordinate across functions without direct authority.
• Self-motivation and adaptability, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-changing environment and adjust priorities as customer, project, and business needs evolve.
• Ability to work independently and effectively support senior project personnel when required.
• Experience using an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system; SAP experience is preferred but not required.

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Technical or engineering-related education or experience is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated experience managing technical projects from start to finish.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently while maintaining organization and attention to detail.
• Experience managing projects in manufacturing, industrial equipment, engineered-to-order, Aftermarket service, or engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) environments (preferred but not required).
• Experience with an ERP system such as SAP or a similar business system (preferred but not required).

• Position is based at the Rotoflow headquarters and manufacturing facility in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.
• Hybrid work schedule with four days per week in the Bethlehem office; team members generally select and consistently maintain their remote day, subject to business needs and change.
• Travel is expected to be less than 10% and is generally planned in advance; occasional travel to other company locations may be required.
• Work environment includes office-based engineering activities with periodic support of testing, commissioning, and operational activities.
