Lead and oversee software engineering teams, set technical direction and delivery priorities, collaborate with cross-functional partners, hire and mentor engineers, ensure high-quality software delivery, and drive operational excellence across engineering initiatives.

Identify, analyze, and recover overpaid Group Benefits claims. Validate overpayments, negotiate repayments and settlements, manage high-volume caseloads, use data analytics and dashboards to monitor recoveries, collaborate with internal partners, ensure legal and regulatory compliance, and drive continuous process improvements.

Support underwriting and diligence for ABS/ABF investments across sectors; build and run cash‑flow and stress models; monitor portfolio credit and market risk; develop sector frameworks and investment recommendations; collaborate with portfolio managers and investment team.

Lead analysis of auto physical damage claims to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities. Develop dashboards, scorecards, and self-service analytics; partner with stakeholders to define KPIs and translate needs into requirements. Use statistical methods and evidence-based storytelling to present findings, collaborate with data engineering to improve data quality, and drive insight-to-action across Claims and related teams.

Design, develop, and implement end-to-end Pega Infinity solutions (Constellation UI). Build case management, integrations (REST/SOAP/MQ/DB), and decisioning. Enforce Pega guardrails, performance tuning, CI/CD DevOps, participate in Agile ceremonies, troubleshoot production, mentor developers, and document technical designs.

Design and develop experience and integration APIs using ArcGIS services, while enhancing GIS platform components and collaborating with teams. Requires backend development and GIS expertise.

Manage a defined book of regional group benefits accounts (500-4,999 lives) to retain and grow business. Conduct stewardship meetings, develop book strategies, drive renewals, coordinate enrollments, support producers and brokers, liaise with underwriting and internal partners, and identify process improvement opportunities. Communicate underwriting, claims experience, and pricing to customers and producers.
