Provide second-line IT support for office and manufacturing environments: troubleshoot incidents, administer users and rights, deliver on-site support, escalate to third-line experts, document resolutions, and ensure compliance with corporate security standards.

Lead executive conversations on automation and AI-enabled support models, position platform solutions strategically, influence deal strategy and pricing, and collaborate with delivery for long-term customer success. Measure success via managed services GP, influenced pipeline, and Smart Platform adoption. Travel ~50%.

Provide deskside troubleshooting and client support for Windows and Macintosh desktops/laptops, including Mac OS X Server GUI-level support, OS updates, antivirus and VPN/RESCUE configuration, documentation in the help desk, and assisting with office moves and client communications.

Lead enterprise acquisition and pursuit lifecycle for managed services, digital workplace, cloud, and infrastructure solutions across Ontario. Build executive relationships, develop proposals and RFP responses, negotiate complex contracts, manage CRM and forecasting, and coordinate cross-functional teams to close high-value deals and drive territory growth.
