Lead Specialty Underwriting strategy and operations to drive profitable growth, portfolio performance, and underwriting excellence. Manage and develop underwriting leaders, set risk appetite and pricing strategies, partner cross-functionally, and maintain broker and client relationships. Support enterprise data and analytics initiatives using Microsoft Fabric: build data pipelines, design lakehouse/warehouse models, develop Power BI reports and semantic models, assist exploratory AI use cases, document data flows, and collaborate with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.
