Provide distinctive, client-facing banking service and operational support: handle transactions, open and maintain accounts, ensure regulatory compliance, resolve client issues, refer to specialty teams, and assist Office Leader to maintain operational excellence.

Lead enterprise platform and business application strategy, development, release, and maintenance. Partner with C-suite, business units, and vendors to align IT with business objectives, define application architecture, manage cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory and security compliance, oversee staffing and talent development, and act as risk liaison when assigned.

Designs, delivers, and supports firm-wide learning initiatives; develops training content; advises leaders on training needs; ensures regulatory compliance and knowledge of bank products; provides client-facing service and supports team training experiences. Partners with colleagues to deliver timely training and may perform other related duties.

Supports business development in Investment Banking, conducts data analytics, financial modeling, and assists in client relationship management and deal execution.
