Lead hands-on Oracle EBS finance and cost accounting functional work: configure and support GL/AP/AR/FA/SLA, manage costing and reconciliations, gather requirements, produce functional specs, support testing and integrations, resolve production issues, and drive process and reporting improvements across Record-to-Report.

Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation process, prepare consolidated US GAAP financial statements, support SEC filings, lead a small team of accountants, ensure SOX 404 compliance, coordinate with tax/FP&A/treasury/auditors, drive process improvements and oversee entity restructuring activities.

Plan and manage materials and production schedules for in-house and contract manufacturers. Maintain ERP master data, verify material availability, measure production/RMA performance, coordinate with Purchasing, Global Supply Chain, Tech Services, and affiliates, and communicate delivery status and reports.

Lead centralized recruiting operations to scale enterprise hiring: own recruiting processes, vendor and technology management, workforce planning, KPIs, candidate experience, and a team handling sourcing, screening, and scheduling across global regions.

Serve as strategic talent advisor for Global Supply Chain and Quality, managing full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and compensation guidance. Build diverse candidate pipelines, run recruitment marketing, maintain compliance and ATS (Workday) metrics reporting, and lead TA projects. Partner with HRBPs and senior leaders, provide candidate care, and support process improvements and vendor evaluation. Travel as needed.

Support FP&A activities including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, management reporting, financial modeling, CapEx planning, SOX compliance, and cross-functional cost optimization. Provide insights to senior leadership and participate in special projects and M&A analysis.
